This policy describes the current static demonstration website. Update it for the actual clinic, hosting provider and backend before accepting real patient enquiries.
Forms and personal information
Appointment and contact submissions are simulated in this version. They are not sent to a clinic, saved in a database or stored in your browser. Form values remain on screen until you clear the form or leave the page.
Third-party services
Google Fonts and the embedded Google Maps area make requests to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. WhatsApp, email, directions and configured social links open external services when selected. Their own privacy policies apply.
WhatsApp enquiries
A booking link opens WhatsApp with draft text. You choose whether to send it. Avoid sending sensitive records unless the clinic has confirmed a suitable communication channel.
Future appointment integration
Before enabling real submissions, the clinic must publish its data use, retention period, patient rights, security practices and contact person. Consent and privacy information must match the service actually provided.
